it's also not just internet speed that matters though. systems within the lan need to access some local machines. and eventually i plan on adding ip cameras for security and those will eat lan bandwidth too.

My advice is to unfortunately spend the cash on getting this right now.
I've worked on multiple properties where the clients have skimped on the coms and regretted it.
It's much easier to have holes in the walls now than having to shift things about when you're in and you've got trades trying to protect your finishes.

After the great split of '84 I followed the ways of the Bell however the Braben is still considered a prophet in our religion.
