Good. Chicken & stuffing go MUCH better with roast potatoes than lasagna does.

For sheer crapulence shop bought lasagna and chips for the win. Its just so nice just popping it in the oven and kicking back.

Speaking of chicken im having that tonight with stuffing and roast potatoes.

I made chicken too... surrounded by a very nice curry sauce (the secret is in the sauce) and supported by Basmati rice.

I made the mistake of buying one of them several months ago. They have not improved in taste.

I can vouch for the white sauce version, it is an excellent purgative...

Its funny really, because Coq au vin is probably the easiest thing to make once you strip out the insane (and pointless) steps to cook it. Less stress than twisting the jar and pouring dubious chunky fluids over your meat*

I've been in conversation with my niece today about crisps, and have introduced her to the crisp matrix.
I use this as a handy aid to decide which crisps go with which sandwich at lunchtime.

Last night we had Tuna Helper, and leftovers for lunch just now. Tonight is gonna be frozen pizza.

TBF:

• Friday night was homemade Tuscan Chicken
• Saturday night was homemade Shepherd's pie with tater tots and cheese instead of mashed potatoes
• Sunday night was 4 whole seasoned baked chickens with mashed potatoes and gravy (we have "company" every Sunday)
• Monday night was leftover chicken & gravy turned into soup with rice & veggies
• Tuesday night I don't remember for some reason...
