Ships Why can't I remove a module? Or even sell?

Can someone explain to me if this is a bug of I am missing something? I have this supercruise assist on my Robigo Bus which I want to sell. However, when I click on it in outfitting, the sell button is blacked out (as above). Under the option to store (the white arrowed box in center) only it does not allow me to store it because it says 'Module will exceed maximum mass'. Really confused. How does removing a module exceed maximum mass????

If I try to choose a replacement module from the shop, everything says 'exceed max mass', even a fuel scoop which is weightless.

I definitely have not exceeded my module storage limit either.

I cant swap anything out. Everything (yeah its not just the SC assist) says exceeds mass and I cant store or sell or swap.

I have not engineered this ship for months. It stays at Robigo only for ferry missions.

what if you try to use store all?

Can you use swap? You need to somehow lower mass.. Also.. Reload game (as always)

Else you will have to submit is ticket for this
