Chicken and Mushroom is peak pot noodle with the Bombay Bad Boy a distant second. Beef is acceptable in a pinch but don't tell anyone.

These or the chicken and chilli ones were my go too cheap and cheerful noodle of choice but sadly Blue Dragon stopped making them years ago.
Green is the best flovour, all the others are horrible.
I find the best way to eat it is to crunch up the noodles before you peel off the top, 1/2 fill with water so the noodle fragments are just past al-dente, then scrape the contents out with a spoon.

I find the best way is to toss some water in wait until soft then scoff the noodles with a fork and drink the remains like an animal that I am.
