Wy not Wyoming? (saw that or some iteration of it lately)

We've recently got some ugly yellow and red "Come back to New York" billboards going right now as we're 3-4 hrs away. thanks but no I'll enjoy my urban decay and societal breakdown locally.

yea...i've seen the wyoming ...or montana one where it's just a bunch of drone footage of where they'll find your body (parts at least) in 9 months.

Granted, it's probably better than being buried in a cemetery

I was once in the same pub as Motorhead.

They looked very scary and everyone else was huddled down the other end of the pub, a rough old hole just outside Rickmansworth, for the safety common amongst penguins. Seriously, everyone knew and no-one went up for a chat. They looked to be in a (collectively) bloody foul mood. Unless scowling was their form of smiling.

I learned subsequently that Filthy-Phil (the drummer) had a reputation for being 'not the most friendly or approachable' human beings.

There is also Aberdeen & Portsmouth...
...he must have visited Birmingham last.
Sadly the jewel of Berkshire wasn't included.
I'm quite fond of Penzance.

I'm always fond of leaving Penzance. And I've been to Bracknell and used to work in Slough Trading Estate - which was actually a lot nicer than Slough itself! But then. That's a very low-bar to clear!

Slough isn't too bad - did you ever go in the kingfisher? It was an underground rock pub accessed via a door in what looked like a covered in bus shelter.
