Some Costume stuff i bought with ARX is gone.

And others have different Colors Entirely.

Mostly flight Suits are affected. Also my Ascendant Gold Suit is now suddenly Ascendant white and the Golden one is Gone. Anyone else has missing Items from the ARX shop?

My flight suit was reset but it's still there. You have to go into the suit customization and smack it back on. You can do that from the cockpit.

Man why is no one reading this correctly. I know where the Stuff is now, i played alpha. Things are just GONE. I dont have the basic flight suit anymore, i dont have my ascendant gold suit anymore, the vibrant ones are gone too.

This is happening to me as well. I had my Gold flight suit on. (which I have... basically fallen in love with) and I have the lifetime expansion pass which in the past has yielded some free skins with most major game updates so I went into see if I had gotten any new awesome skins and bam... as soon as I went into that screen it took my Gold suit skin off and put on a ascendant White one. and now my gold suit is no wear to be found in any of the skin menus. I hope this gets fixed :\

I know its a minor thing to gripe about and there are other bugs in Odyssey that need to be fixed but I had to chime in at least help make this known.

On the other hand, it's not an urgent fix for me, seeing as I actually quite like the three suits we got with Odyssey - I've not even seen my flight suit since fist logging into Odyssey. But the principle remains - I'm missing a semi-unique skin that I used to have, and I do want it back, dammit!

On a subnote, is the skin missing in Horizons as well? I mean, I don't intend going back to Horizons except for a damned good reason (like the only way I can recover from a bug in EDO is to log in to EDH...), but is this an EDO bug or have the skins totally gone?

As the issue is for a purchased / ARX Horizons flight suit cosmetic, being not included with the most recent update, does anyone have any suggestions of what we can/should do please?

My one big worry about the issue tracker is that if there aren't enough people specifically looking for the rare bugs affecting a small amount of players (like us who bought the ascendant gold flight suit 3/4 years ago), then the issue can easily get missed and auto closed :(.

Would you please be able to ask around and hopefully maybe shed any light please @sallymorganmoore?

Its just another case of "We think we fixed it"

My Golden ascendant suit is still gone and my midnight Black paint still looks grey.

Thanks for checking out and reporting yours too. I'm sure @sallymorganmoore will be in contact soon as paid features were clearly missed from what the patch scope she shared from the dev teams.

As it's not something earned in game but actually bought, being a paid product(s), we'll need to hear back please @sallymorganmoore.

I am mass apologising right now for being not as present the last few days - there's been a proper wheel spin back here with everything ramping up.
I'll of course look into this. I made a note from last night's stream actually o7 Will keep you posted.

Hi pilots, same here, 'cannot wear my ascendant "goldmember" suit anymore. It was so becoming in Horizons, I'm sure it will be still gorgeous in Odyssey. ;) I'm really looking forward for an early 2022 fix.
