Steam has the Pre-Order price of NZ$76, but the game comes out in a few days. I intend to wait for the launch date, but generally, is the launch price for games like this, cheaper at launch, than they are if you pre-order? What price does Frontier have planned for this game in the UK? I'll definitely get this game as soon as it releases for everyone in a few days. I love the lagoons and aquatic animals for this game.

No. The preorder price is generally what the game will cost on launch day. At least for the base game. If you preorder the deluxe edition it will cost more than whatever the base game costs. I nave never seen the price of standard edition of a game get cheaper on launch. Here in the US the standard edition is $60. The deluxe edition is $70. So for Americans it's just $10 more dollars. You will probably be able to get the deluxe edition upgrade after launch separately if you didn't pre order the deluxe edition.

I personally payed the 69,99€ for deluxe cause I wanna support Frontier as much as I can, that they will make enough money to expand the game and mabe can do a sequel

They are stolen codes though, so I wouldn't recommend going that way.
It might go on game pass at some point like JWE in fact I wouldn’t be here right now if JWE hadn’t been on game pass
