Better balance of illness, injury and storms, not so often

Please balance the illnesses, injuries and battles better in JWE2, in all campaigns, chaos mode and sandbox. And in Sandbox, please add a way to reduce fights instead of just choosing on or off. On on, my animals keep fighting as described below. This also applies to the storms. Balances this, you are only repairing it. The rest periods in between are minimal.

I think after you beat a challenge mode, all disease and storms should just stop. Just let me fill my dinosaur sticker book in peace. Lol.

At the very least, the modifiers for the challenge should drop to normal.
 
frontier has swung the difficulty pendulum to far. I am playing JP 1 Chaos and when 1 storm hits my park is on the brink bankruptcy. Making me have to reload from a save point. Which gets irritating rather then fun.
my proposed balances

•Bring down Scientist expenses and go to a per hour pay rate : who gets paid $5000 a minute, I want to work for Ingen
• have guests stay in hotels even if no Dinos are visible
• have the Star rating descend more slowly during storms and recover more faster
• have a storm mode available at the control center which shuts down non essential buildings controlling cost
• like the OP said less frequency on injury’s and diseases.

Did patch update 1 help with the above 👆🏽 issues
