Discounts currently not enabled... still 14 hours in GMT in the 10th to go...
( but could be delayed till later due FDEV to wanting to fix critical bugs first instead of running the CG update change script..)

Edit = 13:00 IGT 10th Dec Update for those with the Ship yard bug in EDO you are not missing any discounts still not enabled. So you would not be able to buy any cheap ships even if you could access it...

I can confirm that the discounts are live in Cubeo. I did have to complete the CG at Dyson City before I could see the discounts, so make sure you do that. Ship rewards are also present at Dyson City, just picked up my Eagle and Courier.

For discounted ships, check that the station actually sells that ship before you make the trip. I just grabbed a Clipper from Medupe City in Cubeo, but Cutters are not sold here. In fact, doesn't appear any of the discounted systems have Cutters. Perhaps someone with superior searching skills can correct me on this.

goes back to the party in a strop. Takes some half drunk booze bottles & scrags of leaf in lieu of a discounted Cutter

So current bugs getting in the way of outfiiting the new ship
ship yard bug (no work around)
Module storage bug (Use a donor empty ship to move modules to FC then equip ship on FC..)
Fire group bug (Exit game and reaccess ship 5050 on that working...)

Shipyards and Outfitting work in Horizons. I also found Outfitting OK in Odyssey.

This might be a case of not enough items you have stored on your profile does not crash it...

Tried getting stored modules for my ASP and game exits with error code.

Yay,
Got my 2 ships in Dyson. BUT, had to just sit back and accept that I couldn't EVER get to top 10, no matter how many hours I could afford to put in due to work, cause of the usual FC biowaste bias!!!. Load of biowaste!
Stopped hauling and still got top 10% though.
Load of rubbish!!!


Hopefully phase 3 in January will include Tritium mining ONLY (as in previous Tritium CG) deposits and exclude filling up FC's with bought Tritium!. (hint, hint, FDEV)

You mean they'll be paying through the nose for Tritium? It would empty every dock in the Bubble.
