Where to find Culinary/Cocktail Recipes ?

I'm trying to unlock all the suit engineers in Colonia before I head back to the bubble but this is getting very frustrating.

According to INARA, it isn't available from mission material reward, though it should be at the data ports in the HAB buildings.
So I've murdered the all settlements in an Anarchy system next to Colonia. None of the data ports dropped the recipes.

My questions... Do they even drop around Colonia? What is the best spot to get these stuff around Colonia?

I know! I've done extensive research on this subject. Not much to find online. I haven't seen people or wiki talk about how obtain these unobtainiums.

I'll have got mine mostly from extraction settlements, since that's mostly what there is out here.

Don't think there's any fancy trick to it.

Thats news to me. I have to try that. Usually i just wandering in settlements, got spotted where im not supposed to be then the whole place turn on me. I will certainly try the non violent approach!

Take the transport missions to recover items from active settlements. Whilst you are there, check out the habs, and if they are 0L to enter, pop in and check out the data port. Remember which settlements have habs you can enter, and they visit them repeatedly if there is no mission. Also check out any bars. Use the APEX to get around. Much quicker than murder sprees.

Thanks for the tip! Haha, very little bounty. Usially I clear it immediately at interstellar factor. Ive been doing it at anarchy systems so it doest affect me much.

Gonna say they're as rare as rare gets. Been playing for weeks if not months in the colonia area. Found ONE. TONS of other stuff but no cocktail recipes. I guess Google is shut down in this universe. I get pages and pages of them on Google in 2021 just sitting at an Earth computer >.>

Own it, rather than pretend you dislike it...

I picked up 10 in the Colonia region (in a few days of having fun) without a single murder needed... Just by doing ordinary missions and reading data ports. As mentioned above, they must be sold in Colonia system, not the region.

Curious - I've been in Colonia since Odyssey released, and have found 20 so far.
(Yes, when they allow it, I'll put the spare ten up for sale on my carrier)

Its getting old.

  • Massacre minor thugs factions is fun. But most of the time the settlement is empty due to status or bugs.
  • Massacre major factions gets bounties, if not in Anarchy I get notorieties which I have to wait it out.
  • I think killing major faction guard don't gain Mercenary rank, a little waste imo.

There are more, but I really just want to get the required materials and be done with it.
Most of my ships are in bubble. Colonia has nothing I need to do besides unlocking the engineers since I spent two weeks getting here.
(I know I can hitch a ride on a carrier, which I will do on the way back. There aren't a lot of scheduled departures on Discord as far as I can see though)
