Trouble with fallow deer

Hey is anyone having any issues with fallow deer?
my deer habitat has a lot of poop that the keepers are not cleaning as if they don’t register it, they note the food that’s gone bad and clean it.
also my deer do not acknowledge enrichment feeders or toys as if they don’t have any in their habitats.
Currently me deer are not getting sick from the poop but I want my keepers to do their damn jobs!

I haven't noticed with fallow deer, but similar things happened with binturongs and red pandas when the transversable areas of the keepers go haywire. If you have like a handmade shelter in use for the deer, I'd suggest delete and undo deleting it. Hope this works 😅

For many of my ungulates, including llamas, I tend to keep large herds of them and find that I need to assign multiple keepers, and specify one (or some) to feeding tasks only and one (or some) to cleaning tasks only in their work manifests. So a similar thing might be happening here if you've got a lot of them in the habitat.

And then I have to make sure that every other keeper in the zoo is assigned somewhere else (ie. I can't have any unassigned keepers anywhere in the zoo), or else the rogue keeper will wander in and mess up the rotation!

I've sometimes speculated (but haven't actually tested) that the fast breeding times and the possibility of multiple births at once may be a contributing factor here. If you have one keeper who inspects and then has to go through their entire cycle of prepping, feeding and cleaning, and it turns out that several animals were born in the interim, then by the time they're done both the food and cleaning needs may have changed dramatically since the initial inspection and cycle began, making it so that even at the end of the keeper's cycle, then animals still aren't happy. But I haven't tested this enough to know for sure.

Poop is all gone but they still are not registering the food enrichment
They are eating out of them but it says there’s no food enrichment

No idea what is wrong, maybe you could try resetting the enclosure by deleting the door or replacing the enrichment, perhaps using other enrichment. I had grizzly bears who never used the scent bags enrichment no matter where i placed it. Eventually just chose other enrichment that did work.
