Appex shuttle popped by SysAuth in Solo ?

I just give a item ( courier mission to my allied faction, the Nameless ! ) - the NPC took the item, I call the Appex, I embarked, take off, then the Sys Auth. ships open fire on us...
The Apex Shuttle died not to the ground fire, but yes, we got smoked in space, without any way for me to defend...

You might be allied with the Nameless, but they're not the owners of the system.
And if you have bounties with the owners of the system, you get shot at by them (by the system authorities)

Simple 🤷‍♂️

You might be allied with Tennis Australia, but they're not the owners of the Country.
And if you have issues with the owners of the Country, you get transported to immigration detention (by the Border Force).

Sorry 🤷‍♂️

Even if the was 0 downside to it, the game loop remains flawed. Also it might provoke CMDRs just suiciding after completing a mission to skip the parts before being able to hand in the mission.
I know "flawed game loops" has a fancy ring to it, but this is just a bug or a crappy design decision. I'm not sure how they would solve the situation when there's justified aggression from system authority. You can't really have the Apex avoid all that or be invulnerable either.

It seems linke FDev have moved themselves into a corner with this. The regular mechanics only provide this kill behaviour by NPCs. Either they add non-lethal approaches to the behaviour tree of NPCs or create a "cutscene" similar to Thargoid interdictions, which can cause other issues I imagine.

Next time this happens check your backpack. If you have e-breaches in storage, and you are in an anarchy system the game will put e-breaches in your backpack. The game will not warn you sometimes that you are carrying an illegal item if you just disembarked for the first time. From my testing, this happens more frequently if you just logged in.

I don't know who's idea was it to automatically put an item that is illegal item in our backpack without notifying us, but they should be booped in the nose with a newspaper.

Common sense: E-breaches should always require us to manually add them, or warn us when we just disembarked that we picked an illegal item.

A NPC was trying to stop/scan me as I jumped in Apex - I ignored him convinced once in Apex shuttle he can do nothing about....
Yeah, that'll do it. Any Apex shuttle you call automatically shares your guilt and might even get fired upon before it lands. In the case I mentioned, I ran some 8km from the settlement and each time a taxi dropped in, the Vulture above the settlement leasurely strolled over and began blasting the poor Adder. The Apex pilots were not overly concerned, though, and ignored it until they blew up (or I cancelled the ride before they landed).

If I shot a drop-ship carrying hostile NPCs, I get a bounty, cuz the drop-ship have no quilt. But the Sys Auth can pop at will innocent Uber drivers in Adder ....
