Achievement Won't Unlock

Hello all,
I have completed Chaos Theory, Challenges, and Campaigns. Not only that, I also unlocked everything in the database. I still can't get final achievement: I Can See Everything which supposed to unlock after 100 percent done. I ever tried 100% Save File, no luck.

Any suggestion?

Check your other achievements there, I think you need to complete all of them to get it so some of the other achievements might be what you need.

All of other achievements were unlocked, I only have one and last remaining achievement which is "I Can See...". This was from Steam.

Try exiting Steam entirely and resetting the computer before logging back in.

OR
"I never tried 100% Save File, no luck."

This usually only happens if you use a 100% saved file from someone else.

I said I completed database BEFORE trying out that 100% save file. The completed database should unlock that final achievement. However, I tried SOIF's advice on exiting Steam and re logged back into. It worked. Thanks, SOIF!

I've had that happen with a few things where your actual connection might not be the best, it rechecks that when you go for the full log in there.
