General block fleet carries from parking near stations to avoid orange sidewinder error

A fleet carrier within docking request range of a station is highly likely to cause an orange sidewinder and disconnect for any cmdr leaving the station via super cruise. The disconnect error seems less likely when the fleet carrier is not within docking request range. So, don't allow them to park around stations and help a cmdr out, ya?
 
Are you sure it is a fleet carrier parked close? You are unable to jump a fleet carrier to a station, it has to be a stellar body (unless this is a new bug).
There are fleet carrier construction yards at some stations, are these what you are seeing?
Let us know a location and maybe images / video to clarify.
 
The thing is, you see, Fleet Carriers orbit a planet, and Stations also orbit a planet, so we aren't just talking about near, we are talking about anywhere in the planet orbit where the two might eventually get close together. You could start out far apart and end up close to gether, then a while later be far apart again. However I have never seen a Fleet Carrier that close to a station, docking request range is 7.5klms and I am sure that would be very noticable, most close distances I have seen are still MM, do you have a pick of a FC being withing 7.5klms of a station, that would be something to see!

I don't think there is any relation between the Orange Sidewinders and carrier positioning in the system.
And i got it only when initiating a jump (without any relation between the distance between a carrier and a station)

It seems to me it's the result of a server side issue where the game does not receive server data from Frontier within the allotted time before getting a time-out error.

Docking request range is 7.5km? I have no idea how to get a carrier that close to a station; I don't think it's possible. Even it it was, I suspect the code forbids a station and a carrier both existing in the same instance (carriers are essentially stations).

But it would be nice to get them together within the no fire zone then sit in front of the carrier and shoot the station and dodge so it hit the FC, would be a nice shooting match that! But no, they can't both be in the same instance as far as I know, but I just don't know how we would go about testing that!
