Actually, which flavour of eagle, and why? Plasma rail? Cyto/frag? Frag/pa?
I’m thinking all plasma slug rails, and real, iron eagle, not the plastic imperial kind…

I think you're right, the Eagle mk 2 is more manoeuvrable. I might build one.

I’ll usually run plasma and two rails, or a medium rail and two advanced dumbfire racks.

Enforcers are neat, but I don’t think they give you enough ammo.

You’ll find the Krait mk 2 to be much more adept at combat than the phantom. I use it exclusively. I have a Phantom and its quite pleasing jump range for long trips to the stores around the bubble. I’ve also used it for exploration way back when.
I’ve tried 5-6 other combat platforms, I engineered out the krait 2, got rid of everything else and don’t regret it one bit. Its a dern fine CZ platform.
