Summary
System: Colonia
Station: Jaques Station (Orbis starport, large pads available, 1,565 Ls from main star, 22,000 Ly from Sol)
Objective: Deliver Performance Enhancers, Personal Weapons and Survival Equipment
Time limit: 24th February 3308 @ 06:00 UTC

Description
Brewer Corporation has requested a new batch of deliveries to the Alcor and Colonia systems.
The Colonia Bridge is comprised of 56 stationary megaships and six starports, providing facilities to travellers between the core systems and the Colonia region. However, the starports are still in a state of construction.
The megacorp outlined its latest requirements in a press release:
Phase four of the Colonia Bridge project launched with a highly satisfactory first week. Shipments of coffee, emergency power cells, geological equipment and liquid oxygen arrived in sufficient numbers to ensure Universal Cartographics and Vista Genomics services were added to all six starports.

The goal of the second week is to continue assembling the stations’ infrastructure, and install Pioneer Supplies, Crew Lounge and Search and Rescue services. To achieve this, performance enhancers, personal weapons and survival equipment are needed in large quantities.

Pilots are asked to provide these at Jaques Station in the Colonia system. As well as guaranteeing generous reimbursement to all contributors, Brewer Corporation is pleased to offer warm, white cockpit lights as an additional token of gratitude.
The third and fourth weeks of the project’s final phase will focus on adding further services on the Colonia Bridge starports to accommodate all pilot professions.
Each tier reached will enable Brewer Corporation to establish a further service to the first starport out from Colonia, as follows:
  • Tier 1: Pioneer Supplies
  • Tier 2: Crew Lounge and Search and Rescue
Part two of the four-week campaign begins on the 17th of February 3308 and will run for one week.
To earn rewards you must sign up as an active participant before delivering Performance Enhancers, Personal Weapons and Survival Equipment to Jaques Station in the Colonia system.
Be aware that faction-state changes and other disruptive events can negatively impact markets and station services, and could prevent the initiative from running smoothly.
Notes:
  • Lights reward is for Top 75% and above - Brewer Corp has had a change of heart since they can't make clear statements - lights for all contributors!
  • Jaques Station is orbiting planet 4
  • Station services: Commodities Market, Black Market, Shipyard, Outfitting, Repair, Restock, Refuel, Tech Broker, Interstellar Factors, Fleet Carrier Vendor/Admin, Social Space
  • Prices at Jaques Station:
    • Performance Enhancer: 54,320 Cr/T
    • Personal Weapons: 37,992 Cr/T
    • Survival Equipment: 5,472 Cr/T

Yes! Totally voting for this or a CG solely for Colonia. I will move back to bubble as being in Colonia for last week and this week for the CG is "pointless" again unfortunately

Hmm. Target for Tier 1 looks to be about 1 million, then Tier 2 somewhere between 1.5 and 1.75.
So a similar performance to last week would be sufficient, except that last week had moderately plentiful commodities and this one really doesn't.

Hello Frontier, is it possible to have one CG during this 4 week, with some commodities with a large stock on a L pad station less than 20.000 ly from Colonia ?
To an extent, no - for historical reasons, most of our best production stations are outposts, and many of our best large pad stations are in the Colonia system (so lose production of the CG goods specifically) - almost all commodities will drain very rapidly from large pad stations once a CG is announced.

But some of the more common metals - for example Aluminium - or foodstuffs like Grain - would have rather better supply. Even last week with the Coffee had enough large pad supplies to last at least the first half of the week - this one I think we'll drain the outposts too pretty quickly.

The coffee actually lasted all week at the L pad EDO bases in White Star. Your lists might need a look as some were reported at 'not L', but my T-9 disagrees. There were also quite a few extra with coffee in that system that hadn't been reported - I would have reported them, but really wanted the Top 10 spot :)

ok so Frontier should ask us to deliver commodities like they have in the bubble. If not we do secession !

So it's down to bubble carriers arriving around the weekend again.
Probably not - commodity regeneration is ~500kT/week (mostly from Oxley Orbital and Exodus Reach) - and the zero-supply loophole should be capable of tripling that.

It'll just be carrying stuff ~100T at a time for the most part and competing for outpost pads.

Your lists might need a look as some were reported at 'not L', but my T-9 disagrees.
Ones which no-one's visited since they added pad counts to the journal default to "not L" for safety. White Sun has a lot of them a long way from the primary, so I'm not surprised no EDDN user has been there in the last 6 months.

Why is exodus reach so productive?
Fourth largest production economy (i.e. not service/tourism/colony) station by economy size, combined with a decent specialisation towards Survival Equipment.

Aragon Silo is actually a slightly bigger economy - but it specialises away from Performance Enhancers and Personal Weapons, so the tonnage is way lower overall.

The secondary outposts in the bigger Colonia systems are generally much larger economies than the primary coriolis/orbis station - they were added after the first time a Colonia trade CG simply ran out of cargo, and for the quantities required back then (and the much lesser availability of large pad ships out here) they were very useful. Nowadays [1] we either need a productivity boost for our large pad stations - might be a good topic for a mining or research CG - or we need the trade CG to carefully select the commodities to ensure that there's a decent supply.

[1] For comparison, the best "old days" trade CG once Colonia's economy was basically up and running had ~320 participants for 1.2MT cargo delivered, and that was offering a really important goal. Last week's Colonia Bridge CG - for no particular personal reward and marginal global rewards - had 437 participants for 2.0MT of cargo delivered. Phase 3 had 1406 participants for 5.7MT of cargo delivered and that was constantly fighting the zero-supply limits.

The amount of T-9s and Cutters available out here is much higher, the number of players in general out here is much higher. Either the economy needs another boost to match, or the CG cargoes need to be picked extremely carefully.

Well i've checked half the stations on the list, we're more or less empty everywhere now, i'm gonna sit and wait for regen :(

I've send a request to frontier, it is unfair to ask this CG to Colonia Citizens, with no stock renewable, and no large pad space station, as they have in the bubble.

Interesting thing to note - currently the average hauling rates have been 1000-2000t/hour for a while.
But the estimated regeneration rate is closer to 2500t/hour.
So stockpiles are building up a bit at some places - certainly I've visited a few stations recently where there's been enough to fill a Python up.

I guess if those systems are not on Inara (as nobody has visited them in the last few minutes) then the "lead me by the nose" crew wouldn't be looking there?

Shared missions might be one way to go to boost supplies? I just picked up a haulage mission out to Holloway Biology Centre from Jaques itself with a 61 Performance Enhancers reward .. with three team mates that could be amplified up to 244 tons obviously, and perhaps a good use of time while supply stations are replenishing?

edit : And .. a couple of planetary scan jobs for 120 more, picked up at Holloway. Will pick up bounties no doubt so factor access outside Colonia (faction depending) might be another reason to fly medium but might it be more effective to supply with a medium ship anyway in this case (calling in my 160t Krait) rather than tear hair out waiting to fill a huge hauler?

Yeah, even in the ones with stockpiles building up, it's a "two trips in a medium" at most, sort of pile.

Wing missions which involve transporting the goods could be particularly effective - if you could find a "transport 5000t of X" mission, move them to your carrier, abandon the mission, move them to Jaques. With the CG prices you'd probably make enough to cover the fine.
