100% support this push. If there are other flags in game there is a discriminatory aspect to NOT including the Ukraine flag ~ and that's completely aside from the gesture of support that it would show
In addition to the above I've encountered Venetian, Athenian, Hapsburg, Soviet, DDR, Roman and probably plenty of other 'obsolete' symbols IRL.
Yes, thats exactly what im saying. Do it in another game where earth's geopolitical map is similar. Elite is not the game to be painting ships with flags of countries that have not existed for 1100 years (in game time) on a planet that is one of hundreds like it.
There are plenty of games where europe wasnt destroyed in a world war. Use those games. Elite having 1100 year old flags no one remembers (in lore) is ridiculous. Remove all flag skins. I have never seen even a refrence to any of tge pre WW3 nations so its odd they are included.

Yeah but those didnt fall 1100-1200 years ago did they? U dont see people painting roman flags on cars and airplanes. Its literally no different.

Too late buddy. Plenty of other country flags are already in the game. So obviously the developers don't really agree with your view in the first place ¯\(ツ)/¯
If so, they should add flags for all countries, not only for a very select few *()
*(few, not plenty. 20 flags in game as paintjobs compared with 193 national flags as per UN)

Not everyone is able to help directly (i have ex army mates taking trucks of supplies over to Poland as we speak) but we can all do our best to support those in need.
This defo gets my Vote and i would gladly pay for it as i have in other games.

Or, you could just donate some money directly to one of the many charities supporting the cause.
