I interpreted Bruce’s response as meaning there won’t be interior cosmetics that are for sale (i.e. purchasable with Arx), and that the cosmetics available at launch will be free. This would mean that there’s no need to extend the discounts, as there won‘t be any paid interior cosmetics that could be included anyway.
that would be unlikely, what other previous update has shown to have free cosmetics other than those you are awarded in game for completing a task? They're always arx purchases if not rewards for cg's or pre-orders.

Sure they would. context would play into if the emote's use is harassment or not. unlike things like chat though, there is little use for such an emote besides misusing it. So obviously it would never be added in a game like this ..but if it were, they certainly would have to police it and they definitely would get complaints they'd have to follow thru on.lol if FDEV ever actually introduced such an emote, players wouldn’t be banned for using it..
I could easily imagine players mooning females (either via character choice or the name sounding feminine) that would result in banning beyond the kind of response you get from language in chat. Since it involves the ultimate taboo in gaming, skin and normally covered body parts.

either the game implementation is massively disconnected from it's own lore ....or our information about the game's lore is wrong.
1. The outposts are not 0g. They obviously have plenty of normal-ish gravity.
2. The bars only serve humans. Pilots fed members (commanders), are not human. That explains why we never really die and almost all criminal offenses are punishable by destruction (death).
