Transfer of Assets, Rank and Credits from Console to PC

With the announcement of development for Odyssey on console many commanders are abandoning the game, from a community perspective that's a lot of bodies floating out the airlock, and as mentioned on multiple reddit posts, people don't want to straight up abandon the game but with only option for console commanders to come to pc only being "Oh you gotta do the entire grind again" it's stopping people from just moving over

Well, that, and people who perhaps used consoles for gaming and PCs for work might not be able to afford a gaming computer considering current prices.
