Newcomer / Intro Prison Taxi to Colonia, cant sell Exploration data at CB21.

Anyone know were I can sell my discoveries to UC around CB-21?
I am trying the Sol-Colonia Prison Taxi for 1st time and have exploration data and discoveries to sell prior to dying, to get to thenext prison on route.
Ragnors Rest is in Lockdown and Famine and UC is disabled (Red).
Do I just have to lose all this to carry on?

If you can’t delay your trip until the lockdown ends, don’t states change on Thursday, another possibility is if someone has a Fleet Carrier nearby with Universal Cartographics on board it would be a hit to your profits but not as bad as wasting them.

I'll probably resume later today after a break, I have planned in CB-22, and hope that I get to the next prison after allowing me to sell US.
CB-22 looks initiallt to be OK.
I have looked around for FC's but cant find any.
