ABOUT - Fixed Engineers not progressing when requirements are met.

Hello what will happen with the Cmdrs. who sold MATERIALS to bartenders to unlock ENGINEERS and didnt get the UNLOCK?
Will the engineers be UNLOCKED for these commanders after the patch?
If not, will we get the sold (and therefor lost) materials back to repeat the task and unlock the engineers?

I fully expected a "please check twitter" there, and the twitter with a "please check forums". Missed opportunity right there.

It’s funny that the twitter post and link only go to the patch notes on the web site now, not the forum thread. I guess they don’t want the general public to see all of things that will get reported as broken anymore.

Fun fact, we can post the patch note on both the website AND the forums. You don't need to post on either specifically.

i think horizon only players have a different word in place when discussing merging to odyssey's codebase.

Twitter gives 15-30m downtime (instead of just 30), but no patch note, a link to the website instead

This single unlikeky issue that can be subverted by a relog is a reason to make us ghosts? Thats dumb. We are not telepeesence anymore, the small chance of being trolled is no excuse for this

I assumed it was because some 'happy harry' found that they could beat other players to 'lost conciousness' in the bar / concourse.

I am mildly curious as to what you were trying to do to another player that you found this out.

The only reason I am mildly curious is the launcher is still preparing for update, as it has been for about 10 minutes.
