Your backpack capacity is 55 items for a Maverick, or 110 for a modded Maverick
3000 is the capacity of your Ship's locker which is Quantum interlocked with Apex locker and SRV locker (thanks for that - no complains from me on this matter)

The Bartender is well, let's just say they had a really small bar and now they have a 10 times bigger bar
That bar is substantially smaller than any of the ships. Even the sidewinder. I'm not sure how to explain the quantum lock and availability in the SRV though. And if rather not think about it too hard least it disappear like Shrodingers ship locker

figure with the game being british that it would be obvious how the SRV and other lockers work. Does the locker look like a mini port-a-potty/outhouse? See, dozens and dozens of years ago in the 20th century, people used public phones and those phones sometimes existed inside little rooms and this is what tardis' look like forever now. That tech was shrunk down to like, lunchbox size but retained the ability to be significantly larger inside than outside.

Hi all,

Engineers should unlock correctly for Commanders completing the requirements going forward. We are still investigating a solution for Commanders who experienced this issue previously.
Why not include the fact the fix wasn't retro-active in the notes?

You may also want to check the stat counters as I did about 11 or 12 High on-foot CZs, hoping to unlock the engineer that requires them, only to discover that they should in fact be low CZs, that was extremely annoying, and according to the Codex Stats Page I've done 65 High CZs
 
A patch is due to go live this afternoon at 14:00 UTC to implement the changes listed below. Downtime is expected to last around 30 minutes. These changes follow feedback and issue reports after the release of Update 11:

I much prefer reading patch notes on the forum where I can set text to black on white as God intended, rather than the demon-spawned white on black on the ED website.

White text on a black background leaves me with venetian blind vision for the next half hour. I suppose I can always copy and paste it into notepad.
 
I like the link to one central place for the patch notes, if you realy look closely it appears to be set up to be one place that will archive all patch notes.

Being so the CM's have to repeat the same announcement across multiple social sites it helps the m to do their jobs more efficiently.
