They don't. But lore says they do, so FDEV put in a warning message about "magnetic contacts" But it's just lip service. Clearly there is gravity there with people walking normally, liquids sitting in drinks on tables, etc etc.

It's also not very believable that you can walk around normally on a 0.03g moon, magnetic boots or not.. Though I think there is some effect on jumping that changes depending on the gravity.
