Ok, look, I hate being selfish, and I know forums shouldn't be used for things like this so I may face consequences, but I am getting very desperate. I have never had a ride on a fleet carrier before. Ever. Not even before the update. So I ask, and I'm so sorry for selfishly doing it this way, if any of the carriers in the starter system HIP 97950 (which I travelled back to) can schedule a departure. If you can't, I understand.

Can people with a carrier even get to a starter system? It is my understanding that once you leave the starter set of systems you can't get back in.

I don't know. I was just late for the arrival of a carrier in that system yesterday.
I know, because there was an arrival timer in the external panel

Try searching for a Fleet Carrier Owners Discord and ask there, you may have more luck.
But I'm pretty sure you can't place a FC in a starter system area.
HIP 97950 isn't in the starter systems, is it? I think that's the on-foot starter system. It doesn't have the same restrictions, as I recall (although I haven't been there in a while).

I think HIP 97950 is just the Odyssey starter system? It's nowhere near the Pilots Fed Noob Zone though for whatever reason...
That's correct, as the starter system is permit locked. One loses the permit after gaining any kind of rank.
I picked up my son the other day from near the starter system, and you can't get in there with an FC. Had to park a couple of systems over.
I finally had my first jump experience a few weeks ago, but I now want to go home now and I'm in one of the imperial bubbles. I'm sorry to ask, but I can't make the journey without help. If any of the carrier owners in the Napia system are available, could you please take me back to Kelie? Honestly, there should be a group for this kind of thing.
