The megaships Musashi and Heart of Taurus have entered the Synuefe EN-H d11-106 system after detecting elevated umami levels.
Taurus Mining Ventures is an independent mining corporation closely associated with Salivation, the self styled saviour of human cuisine. It has acted as his intermediary in recent months supporting efforts to combat fierce rival Kumo Burger and its encroachment into the corporate restaurant space. However, despite Salivation deploying numerous flavour bombs to counter Kumo Burgers Spicy Meat™, experts note he is losing the war on flavour.
Lead Chef Nestor Boominmaal provided a statement:
“We have recorded some unusual taste signatures in the Synuefe EN-H d11-106 system that have a transformative effect on the molecular structure of certain seasonings. Our objective is to perform a detailed analysis of these spicy materials and determine if they have culinary value. For a limited time customised kitchens have been set up aboard both megaships, and work is already underway to harness this power into a new burger superweapon.”
