Bizarrely enough, I worked on that.
Thoughts on this...
The Dune games were subbed out to a London based firm, so make of that what you will. One of the designers then went on to Creative Assembly and headed up some of the Total War games.Nice.
One of the last few good RTS to come out of Westwood. Generals was a bit later and also good. The later C&C games i felt had lost their magic.
Hold on... did you play the evil Baron?![]()
After years of listening to people waffling on about how seamless the game is, I'm mildly disappointed with the elevator loading screen at 1:48:40. Are they planning on fixing that?Thoughts on this...

The elevators won't be fixed until they move to the next tier of "shafting" which is still at Tier 0. Shafting has been part of the game since the beginning, as some of the more knowledgeable backers know, but it could do with a lift to the next level. After years of listening to people waffling on about how seamless the game is, I'm mildly disappointed with the elevator loading screen at 1:48:40. It is Que Pasa. For example, an office is always empty during the night because nobody works there. So is a factory. Que Pasa realistically simulates these absent NPCs.The physics, the interface, the whole buggy jankiness of it all. One thing that bugs me on watching these SC videos is why they have all these huge open spaces with nobody in them?
Chris Roberts, David Braben and Peter Molyneux walk into a bar.
Ten years later the bar gets canceled.

don't worry about the time. You'll never see a game like this in your lifetime again, think about that. This game is one of a kind. Not even the richest game studio could tackle this project because they have time and money barriers. Cyberpunk is the perfect example of that.. I don't care if it takes 10 years, 15 years.. I'll be here waiting for it, it's being a pleasure being part of that.
I can relate… I really do!!!A comment by a random guy on a youtube video. So true
