Any combination of them works, so long as there's 20 in total.
I want to add that Oden Geiger unlocked immediately for me (that is, as soon as I did my first hyperjump, or relogged, can't remember).
Terra Velasquez was the only engineer I had problems with.
I know that with every update things change, but here's hoping!

So all these problems still persist?
I remember having troubles unlocking Terra too (had to contact support, real immersive that one) and that was August last year.
Apparently not a single thing was done about it from FDev side since then.

  • Oden Geiger no access as yet although prior to unlocking id handed in/sold to bartender 20+ bio samples,i had gotten from salvage sites.OR do i have to do them again,or are they bio samples from farming i needed, confused dot com, thanks.

EDO had some sort of issue with counting. The Codex seems to draw from some other source.
For me the troublesome one was Hero Ferrari.
Seemed she wouldn't accept low CZ.
On the other hand you can repeatedly sell the same data to your own (or a friendly) carrier to get the unlock for OG.
I then sold the data to my alts who performed the ritual themselves.
