Nola Zoo and Ameriquarium

Originally inspired by the New Orleans Audubon zoo (though now far different from it), the Nola Zoo and Ameriquarium is currently my only major zoo project; I'm constantly renovating and reworking it. Uploading screenshots from my PC to my main computer is quite the hassle, so posts will be infrequent, but I hope they're worth it. To start, here's some pictures, divided by area.

Overview/Panorama:

(A large shot of the whole zoo. In the foreground is the Ameriquarium and Desert Dome, to the left is Africa and the Pachyderm House, to the right is Latin America, and in the far background is the main entrance and Asia.)

Miller's Penguinarium:

Here's the entrance to the Penguinarium, with more pictures below. This state-of-the art African penguin holding facility is sponsored by the Miller family, and features a large indoor tank, a walkthrough area, and one-way viewing into their nest area. The penguin is the only non-American animal currently held at the Ameriquarium portion of the grounds.

Grey Seals, Seal Rock Cafe, and Seal Rock Splash Pad:

In addition to a tank for the grey seals, this area features a cafe right next to the underwater seal viewing, restrooms, and even a splash pad. Guests are sure to find as much enrichment here as the animals do! As before, more pictures below.

Can we talk about these gorgeous interior designs? Its so colorfull and pretty, the colored walkways have such a nice whimsy and fun touch, while the rocks, education boards and foliage still give it the look of a zoo house if that makes senses. Absolutly amazing

I'm really impressed by your zoo, everything looks gorgeous! I'm in awe at the Giants of Africa section and the Flamingo Pool in particular.

I love your peafowl garden!

Bonus: I forgot to put my tortoises on contraceptives, and now I have a horde of babies that I need to raise before I can release or sell them :p

Pretty sure we have all gone through this before. When I built my peafowl habitat in my current zoo, I also forgot to put them on contraceptives and never checked in on them for about ten in-game years. Then suddenly the habitat alarms seemed to go crazy, and when I checked, my twelve peafowls had turned into a crowd of 160 peafowls. I can tell you, that was a true pain getting rid of them all. :ROFLMAO:
