I'm with the OP on this one. No need to swap the engine and scoop around. A class 5 scoop doesn't take long to fill up at all, plus the Asp runs quite cool anyway, also the class 6 engine is fine where it is, so i think that setup is quite good indeed
 
…but it isn’t a C6 engine. It’s a C5 GFSD booster which, if credits aren’t an issue but absolutely, positively getting there quickly is, may as well go in the size five module space and a C6 fuel scoop in the size six module space. Add in Zieman’s proposed double engineered FSD with mass manager and you’ve got an improved jump range with faster scooping - thats going to get you there quicker if that’s the point behind the build.
 
I'd put the Guardian FSD booster to size 5 slot and slap a 6A Fuel Scoop in the size 6 slot.
And get the double-engineered FSD from a Tech Broker + put Mass Manager experimental on it.
Good feedback, thank you. The FSD is the one purchased from the Human Tech Broker and has Mass as the experimental, so I think that's the same one you are talking about, correct?

Don't know what engineering you have available OP, but here's one long legs AspX built that can survive light lithobraking:

As said, putting same stuff to a Krait Phantom gets you a bit longer legs still.
