Steam VR on Oculus Quest 2

So, I used to play this game on xbox years ago, and decided to give it a try on VR so I purchased it through steam and linked it to my quest 2. while playing it, it taking me through my first space legs tutorial but it's just a window inside my VR headset?. what am I doing wrong?

On-foot is a virtual flatscreen in Odyssey - full VR will kick in once you’ve boarded a vehicle.

Hopefully this will change in the future, but at the moment the only way to experience proper VR while walking is to use the vanity camera suite.

Yeah the on foot bit is pancake, at least we have that, we weren’t even getting that to start with. Here’s hoping with the concentration seemingly focussed on PC now the VR will be implemented in Odyssey, some say it’s not far off, who knows. It’s still the best VR game out there imo.
