I’m not sure how reports work on Discord..I assume channel admins are first to receive them

Nope. You need to report to Discord direct (as per the links already posted).
I'm sorry you've experienced this, however as we are only seeing your side of the story it's probably best if you contact Discord, as advised, and request the mods here to close the thread.

If you have any direct messages then you can report them to discord direct.
If you don't have any messages and have been blocked from the server, put as much information as you can in the reporting tool:-

I'm fortunate never to have been blocked from a server, but surely you got some notifications? You should include this message link (telling you that you're blocked/banned) in your ticket above.

he is telling you to goto discord supported , not the channel admin, if he a ganker that won't do anything......so goto the discord web page and report the channel to them.
Channel admin handle their own discord channel as they want. I can make a discord channel dedicated to harassing you in particular and I'll be automatically channel admin. So ofc I'm not going to do anything if you complain.
On the other hand, Discord is a company with rules about what their channels are about. While I didn't check their EULA, having channel that harass and bully people is most likely not allowed. Complaining directly to them is going to make them intervene if they judge the discord channel to be out of bounds.

Just a thought- how easy would it have been to link your CMDR name and whatever real information was given out. I ask because if it would have been possible to link the two by, say, publically searchable social media posts it might well be seen as you doxxing yourself. Assuming it would be possible to make that link of course.

Said Ganker is also a member of an Elite Facebook…he took a screenshot of my latest post..I even spent £7.99 on a PSN ID change to stop the gankers…my own fault for giving into them on PSN I suppose for fighting back…None are on my PSN friends list, and my real name is hidden…
In that case you should have contacted Sony directly.
Cyber bullying is not tolerated on regular platform. Contact their owners. Don't play the bully game by trying to hide or play by their rules. The society purposefully made rules to prevent that kind of people to do as they wish.
I did report to Sony…no avail….I’ve had to block so many CMDRs on there just to avoid them…perhaps I shouldn’t have fought back..
I messaged two gankers on PS before my ID change, blocked them after I changed it, even though I blocked and left the conversation, they still have their copy of it and can see the ID change….they’re very clever as to not say anything on FB or PSN
What part of "contact the support of those platform" you understand as "contact the bully" ?
Contact DISCORD, Fdev, SONY or whatever platform they use. Not them. The people who work to make those platform, are paid for it and to whom it's the job. Like in real life.
