Performance Issues

Hi there, I am sorry if this is the wrong place for this thread but I was not sure where to put it.

On Saturday evening I closed my game down and on Sunday morning started it up again, ever since the game has been really laggy for me and I cant work out why.
Before the game performed well, especially since I upgraded my gaming laptop. Now when i come to use the copy and duplicate button or short cut its so slow it makes the needed accuracy of PZ pretty much impossible.

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas or thoughts as to why this is happening and how i can sort it out? I understand bigger zoos have some performance issues but this is no where near a finished zoo.

So it happens when i select only one piece that i want to copy. I thought maybe the particular save was glitched but it happens on all maps for some reason.
Ive never had any problems with this before. I did try to verify the files but it got stuck on 98% for absolutely ages.

Than your save might be broken or maybe your game is :(
I would try to deinstall the game and install it new.

But perhaps I'm wrong and somebody has another idea what might help?
