I reckon the Egyptian tortoise would be too small for habitat, assuming the last animal on your list is the exhibit animal and you don't want more than one exhibit animal in the pack. For reference, they would roughly be a third to half the length of Galapagos tortoise juveniles in the game, and their juveniles would be nearly impossible to pull off. Seems pretty impossible to implement very small tortoises like these as habitat animals with the current habitat system.

Although I think there's still a chance for you to include a critically endangered tortoise on your list! Radiated tortoises could potentially be big enough to pull off as habitat.

Well, at least you said "please". Seriously, you are not entitled to the devs' time and energy. You can't just will DLCs into existence just because you want it.
