That's not really a solution, I use already Inara, but it's not convenient at all to just check for facilities.
A fix is badly needed, I mean it was working before and you shouldn't be forced to use external tools, it always worked before Odyssey.

i agree with youre reply,it is annoying,lots of reports have gone in,mine icluded,ed acknoweldged and said they would look into it.so far nothing has been done,keep hoping,btw i have never checked with oddy to see if it workss there.

I hadn't noticed this but just checked and right enough no facilities for stations. I'll add my reproduction to the bug report in the (most likely vain) hope that FDev can be bothered to do something about it.

A fairly critical bug in Live for six months, eh? Makes my team at work look positively proactive.

Well Odyssey has a totally different layout for System Map, so it works there.
My guess is that they aren't fixing it because they don't care about Horizons anymore...

I still think this should have way higher priority than stupid things like skins, but who am I to judge? ;-)

Support replied to my ticket about the Horizons PC version facilities missing in the system map with:

So I've been doing some digging, and it turns out the developers are aware of this issue, and are currently investigating.

I unfortunately do not have an ETA on a fix, but hopefully this will be sorted as soon as possible. ..."

I can't imagine what is so hard about fixing this, it has been going on for at least 6 months on my PC version.

I stopped playing ED 8 months ago. I came back yesterday, and this issue still has not been fixed.
Amazing Frontier, amazing. Ok, this speaks volumes about how much they care for their fans/players/customers.
Funny how the arx are never broken huh? That always works PERFECTLY.
This is amazing.

Probably it wont be fixed at all since the Consoles are in maintenance mode - no more development, only critical fixes delivered.
Missing facilities is not really critical, it's quite minor actually.
I play on XB too and in all the fairness I dont really miss that

Edit: but in September you can transfer to PC, for free.

My story is: started playing on PS4. Performance of the game always was questionable for me. Ended up with the 1fps doing bounty hunting in asteroid rings. There are no gfx options to turn to get lower quality but better performance. Switched to laptop with nvidia m820, changed two PCs later because it allows to get more fps lowering quality at least.

Another point is FD should learn one lesson here: while running long term projects don't bother with consoles because their generations change too fast. No one will be happy anyway.

Horizons PC is the same, you can't see facilities on bases for some time now. Shame, as it is a really basic and required feature..

Yeah, at least we have the future transfer. I can't afford a PC, but that is not Frontier's problem to be fair. Although, Odyssey does not motivate me in the slightest. No new ships, no actual improvements in exploration, no ship interiors... I just thought that a tiny issue as the facilities in the system map would be fixed. It ed me off and came here for a little rant. I am better now hehe :)

Well, it if's not critical, then it's minor.
And they did said they'll fix only the critical issues.

And in the good spirit of howboutism, the Odyseey engineering blueprint pinning, announced as available to players in Update 8, is still not in the game.
Inara cannot help me with that, but it does help me with the missing facilities list 🤷‍♂️
And Odyssey is supposed to be their fully supported code...
