Missing deluxe again on Epic

I bought Deluxe edition when it was released, but it's saying I didn't have it again today after a bunch of issues I've had with Epic launcher.

Nope, still missing the content.

I even restarted my PC and verified the game again, no use.

It's really annoying, I did nothing wrong and trying to enjoy the new content but had to deal with this mess for the whole morning and still not solved.

Pls help, I am contacting Epic at the same time but the response is very slow. I didn't spend money to get into such mess

This should be a scenario for your QA team, not the first time we have this issue after a update.
