Can someone share a system with high int. ground CZs? I have tried to find one, flying to war systems with Apex, but no luck finding any. I just want some Friday night relaxing pew-pew. :-(

Yeah, shame you still can't find those reliably. If there's three or more settlements involved, there should be a guaranteed High CZ.
Anyway, you can use a site like Inara to find nearby Odyssey settlements in (Civil) War.

As you can see Zeta Tucanae has nearly thirty settlements at war, so a fairly good chance of finding one or more High CZs. You could also enter your own reference system of course, just make sure you either select Civil War or War (selecting both will obviously show zero results). You could also narrow down your search and enter an Economy just above the Station Type if you prefer certain settlement layouts (or want to avoid those that are fairly large and/or give worse performance, like Extraction settlements).

Honestly never had an issue finding them every week. Helps if you've been around; if you already have the explo data just have a peek at the sysmap before checking it out in person. Any system with a few Ody landable planets will have a lot of settlements. Chances are one will be high. Also check how many settlements are owned by the warring factions.

I have seen 3 and 4 CZs with only low and medium, but searching for systems with many CZs could definitely give better chances. Also I totally forgot about Civil Wars.

I should've worded that better. That was wishful thinking on my part, not the actual game mechanic. My current record is a war between two factions with seventeen settlements amongst them and not a single High CZ.I have seen 3 and 4 CZs with only low and medium, but searching for systems with many CZs could definitely give better chances. Also I totally forgot about Civil Wars.
