Waveland Park

As my thread somehow got lost, I want to introduce my new Park here again!
My idea was to create a very high detailed Park in the style of a SeaWorld Park. I started with building the entrance Building in which I want to include a visitor center and Souvenir shop.

Episode 1

After the Entrance Building I designed the Entrance Plaza. I had in mind something like Epcot in Disney, where you have those different Styles with all the different countries, so I decided to do a style mix with „Pipos Pizza“, „Café Paris“, „Tom‘s Diner“ and the „Artpop Bar“! All of those are usable for the guests, so they can walk in there, get their foods and drinks and sit outside. I even built some interior for most of the buildings.

Episode 2

The next part was building the Hotel Resort with a huge hotel a big pool area, Cabanas, self made sun loungers s springboard, shower cabins, a pool bar and lots of decoration and greenery!

Time for the next chapter and time to open the park to the public! I kinda finished the hotel Lobby, finished the Main Plaza with a nice centerpiece and built the first habitat for a big group of Greater Flamingos…

Time to enter the next chapter of the Park.
After the first habitat opened I had to fix the gate where our guests can enter the Resort from the Park and I also left a little surprise in the pool!

After that was done I started building the next habitat, which was going to be Penguin Bay. Penguin Bay is part of a second build that is coming soon, that is going to be the Polar House in which the King Penguins will live.

And I was continuing building in Waveland because the Penguin Area had to be finished and we needed a new home for the King Penguins. But as they won’t be able to survive in the Tropical climate I needed to build a house for them! A big one! The „Polar Zone“.

In this huge house I built a big underwater viewing area and a nice looking habitat for the penguins and also a lot of scenery and custom education…

Time for the next chapter and also a new area in the park! I have talked a lot about it and gad so many ideas in my head that I am really looking forward to „the rivers edge“!

This area is going to be following a river and presenting all the animals that live along with it. So there‘s going to be the two otter species, the Beaver and the Platypus. I have to tell you I already extended the self made map for the Cranes and one Caiman species and might extend it once more for the Capybara.

But first I built some photo stops that really do work. I put some vista points close to them so now it looks like guests are really using them!

And in preparation for the new area a whole lot of decoration had to be done, as well as a new building that holds a big staff area inside as well as toilets and guest services!
I hope it looks swampy enough!

Thank you! I‘m really invested in this park, more than in any other park before and I always try to come up with some new stuff for every episode!

Time to build a habitat for our first animals in the new area. The Giant Otters are going to be the first ones to move into the Rivers Edge!
