use to play all the time on my mac before steam made it uncompattable- is there a way to like the account that I previously had to my Xbox? already signed in with my frontier account but i dont have any of my ships/Cr doing that

Nope. They ended mac support a long time a go so there's no moving content service...

Microsoft live account Servers are separated from PC...
You also won’t be able to get EDO DLC content on Console...

So people will be leaving console for PC in September. Were a copy of the Xbox data will be cloned to PC... in a very limited timed window

Every ones that wanted EDO is going to be doing the reverse in September ...
Many are moving to Geforce now chromium usage, If they have the Broadband and Steam/Epic account to run on that...

Mac users are able to use Geforce now with steam/epic accounts...

Other Mac users have reported using emulation still runs the game on their Macs but age of mac may be an issue..

Your OS X account is the same as a Windows account, so is still fine. The question therefore is can Windows users transfer their account to an XBox if they wish?

The question is more "why would they want to".

That said, as above, where there's a will there is a way, if you want to get your hands dirty with Emulation. Or, Nvidia GeForce Now is a decent option (with decent internet) and if all else fails, you can always Bootcamp Windows (I know you disapprove of that option cook, but it is there) then play natively on Apple hardware, like many other Mac owners, and play it from there.

If you ever want to play EDO then you'll want to do any of those rather than move to console.
