Subscribed parks not showing up in game

Hayo!

If you cannot resolve the issue with downloading items from the Steam Workshop, then I suggest that you create a ticket at Frontier Support for further assistance. They will be happy to help you get it resolved. :)

I'm having the same problem:
Workshop parks aren't showing up on the Downloads tab under My Zoos.
Both the My Zoos and Downloads tabs show my own Sandbox and Career Mode saves. The blueprints I've subscribed to do show up in game under their respective menus, it's just the Workshop Parks/Zoos I can't see.

I've tried unsubscribing to the workshop zoos from Steam inside the game (Steam Workshop button) and then re-subscribing, and I've uninstalled and re-installed the game, but it's still not working.

I did submit a ticket to tech support, but I thought I'd post here too in case anyone else has the problem and found a solution or workaround.

In the main menu you have to go for "my zoos" and the download tab (first time only your own files show up), then you return to the main menu, you go for any other mode (for instance "career"), go back to the main menu and if you then go to "my zoos" to the download tab, maybe wait a few seconds and ... tadaaa: your downloaded zoos will show up.

This bug is as annoying as ever (and it is very old).

What happens for me is if I go to "My Zoo's" and I see the icon for the download tab instead of the word "Downloads" then I won't see them. If I see the word "Downloads" on the tab then I know I'll see what I've subscribed too.

I don't know if it's the same for others but that's what happens with my game (since the very beginning).

Hey, thanks! :) It worked! What a weird, and annoying, error. I wonder why they haven't fixed it. Planet Coaster, with essentially the same menu, works fine. Oh well. shrugs

Seems to be true for me, too, with the limited tests I've just done (launching and re-launching a few times). At least, it doesn't seem to be a problem every time I open the game. :)

Just curious: Do either of you use a larger scale for your interface? I had mine set to 120% on my 1920 x 1200 monitor (am legally blind) and I can't help but wonder if the interface scale setting has something to do with it. When I first tried shirandhak's suggestion, the menu wasn't showing the close button (X), so I changed the interface size back to 100%, which restored the close button, but then the menu reverted to showing my saves on the Downloads tab, and I had to go back to another menu again to bring the Workshop zoos back.

And now I wonder if the reason I've never had this problem with Planet Coaster is because I've always run it in 100% scale (not as much text to read in that game).

In my case I don't have to go all the way to an other mode. Mostly it just takes a little while for the download tab to show up.
If it really doen't is just going back to the main menu and than back in to My Zoos is enough to show the tab. But it is still annoying though.

I think mine is set to 110%. 100% is to tiny for me.
Same resolution as you.
