For elite no, unless you want more than 6 hours play time extended to 8 lol...
Does anyone know how to get rid of the Edge cursor/double cursor on screen when playing EDO on Xbox series X via GEForce? driving me mad!
Or they could get there xrap together and release for the next gen consoles, seeing as how it works fine on new gen

Not so sure.
As is said, for new consoles people do expect 4k 60 fps.
IF EDO cannot run stable in 4k-60fps anywhere, including in settlements and ground CZ, people will slam FDev really bad.
And currently it cant, not on XBX/PS5 level of hardware.
I also found each time i logged on to GE Force and fired up EDO it had forgotten my key bindings.. hey ho. Its a shame but i think my enthusiasm for this has left me.. might be time to move on! cheers for help above CMDRs!

Well, ED was always ahead of its time
Remember PS4 Pro not being beefy enough to run ED in 4k.
3 years after launching ED on console, the new XBX (at that time) proved to be strong enough to enable ED to run in 4k on consoles.
guess in another 1-2 years EDO will be able to properly run on PS5/XBX in 4k
Que triste que hayamos tenido que llegar asi es normal que los de frontier se esten frotando las manos cuando la comunidad de consola esta pensando en migrar a una calidad inferior me refiero tiempos de espera y peores graficos y contratar una conexion decente que te costara mas dinero. En difinitiva que no hay que cansarse aunque frontier haya tomado la decisión de pasar de las consolas, exigir siii exigir que no es nuestra culpa que no hayan hecho bien su trabajo que seamos los de consola los que paguemos el pato que sigan de alguna forma actualizando ED horizon y en un futuro Odyssey.
So, I already know how to get GeForce now but I'm a bit dumb when it comes to PC stuff and could need some help what's needed to get Elite running, preferably directly via frontier and not steam if possible.

The direct from FDev client requires you download an EXE installer from PC account on PC web browser and run that installer this will requite you Verify you are you via email when you log in to the Client launcher/installer using PC power browser to read the emails.
Once logged in you then sit there looking at it download then install... (More users report that the direct client will fail to use their max ISP bandwidth unlike Games they have down loaded and installed with other stores...)
Once installer is done You then launch EDH 3.8 which will run on the Cloned yo PC account...
No details on how to claim the Free console to PC cloned account has been announced, so do not delete the console client yet as the august update may contain details Fdev will require to create the Cloned to PC account in September...
GeForce now does not support direct Fdev client it only supports Epic and Steam purchased Clients you will not be able to use the Free direct Fdev version on GeForce now...
You need a physical PC that has the required specs depending on the resolution and frame rate you want ...
You will need to buy EDH from steam or Epic if you did not take part in the completely free version when it was free on Epic games to run under GeForce now...

It didn't for me, but I found the option in the browser bar, so all good. It works pretty well. The only other question is how to you get rid of the MS Edge cursor on the screen when GFN is running Elite or another game?
Also when I ran Euro Truck sim after Elite, the resolution seemed higher/smoother. Maybe just less going on but has anyone found this and is there a way to improve it?

How does the game look on GeForce Now on Xbox? Cause I gotta say it's disgusting on my old laptop. :/
Its a RTX 2070 emulated service on geforce now free tier with a cap at 60 Fps... the RTX 3080 tier is over kill for any web browser as it wont run high res screens in the browser, It will hit 60fps in space but loading screens crap out and drop frames its then converted to video streams...
EDO new lighting is dark and people moaned about that from day zero on PC it then get pushed through a video compression codec...
As rthe game is capped at 1080p60 you can tell the game to use Ultra in 4.0 settings...
It then had to be Upscaled by the HDMI feed if you use a series x/s...
