Elite Dangerous | Industrial Sale | Introducing the 'Hazard Pack'

Well, I don't care who you are, this is a good looking ship. Well done, FD!

Maybe Frontier, knowing that the Type-7 is the best ship in the game, assumes it doesn't need a ship kit because how do you improve on perfection?
The usual government approved method is build a six lane motorway, airport and services with gaudy fast food restaurants for people who don't know how bins work.

To compliment the new arrivals, we're also welcoming in the 'Industrial Sale' now on, over in the Elite Dangerous Store.
The Industrial Sale will include a selection of Paint Jobs, Ship Kits and all Engine and Weapon Colours and runs Friday (22/07/2022) to Friday (29/07/2022)
  • Selected Paint Jobs, Engine and Weapon colours will be discounted by 30%
  • Ship Kits excluding the new Hazard pack will be discounted by 20% on the following ships: Type-6, Keelback, Type-9, Type-10

Hi, @sallymorganmoore:

None of the items mentioned in the Industrial Sale are on discount anymore. They all were the first couple days, but now they aren't showing on discount neither in the online store nor in the in-game store or livery menu. It said they'd be on sale until Friday 29/07/2022. Is it a bug or is the sale over? :(

These screenshots are for engine and weapon colors, but I checked all of them (ship kits and paint jobs as well) and none are on discount.

@sallymorganmoore

The ship kits are amazing and look very good, but the alternative lights seem to be borked in some versions, for example the ship kit for the Asp Explorer seems to throw a huge shadow in the middle of the FOV, which makes the ship kit a pain to use.
Could this issue be addressed by the developers? There's no need for headlights that illuminate everything except that what you're looking at directly.

Liked the show as a kid (the joys of ignorance and innocence), best thing was the car - but it was criminal how many 1969 Chargers they destroyed making it. Thankfully, now I'm all grown up and have a new favourite... :devilish:

DoH did program my child brain to think cars were more robust than they actually are.

"What do you mean they can't jump ten meters and still have functional axles daddy?"

Conda, Cobra Mk3, Type 6 and Type 9 look really really good in the Hazard kits
Python and Krait mk2 also rather good, but the kits are sort of obscuring or interfering with the cockpit view
AspX is somewhere in between the two, again due to the front kit placement/design blocking the reverse thrusters (but at least the cockpit view does not seem to be affected too much)
