It's so impossible to work out - one place has a date that doesn't exist - and all the others have the correct date. Which could it be? 
Go to the ED twitch channel. Have a look at the recommended channels on the left. At least 3 of them there for me (compare to the list posted by DrinkyBird).

All right, visited a few channels for a first skin (in sense that I've looked who's streaming, then picked one streamer, but ended "prematurely", so got moved in raid to the another, but in the end - got the FDL skin), but...

Have you linked your twitch account to Frotier store? You might need to log into the store to claim them there.All three skins are showing claimed on Twitch, but I haven’t yet seen any of the drops show up in game.
I’ve got everything set up correctly, I think. Certainly Twitch and the Frontier Store both show as properly linked. I think you need to add "Copyright @Marvin the Martian" only, as Warner Brothers original copyright expired long ago, but he has it for the forums
