What a great idea! I doubt if all of those animals will be released though.

we really don't have that many birds, do we? African Penguin, Common Ostrich, Greater Flamingo, Indian Peafowl, King Penguin, Red-Crowned Crane, and Southern Cassowary. That's really it.3 birds in one pack? Impossible
Maybye instead of the blue penguin a short-beaked echidna would be cool

Ideally I'd love to see an Oceania pack more than anything except Avian (flying) pack. My ideal line up:
Tasmanian Devil
Wombat (any of the three species)
Tree Kangaroo (probably Goodfellow's but I'm flexible with this)
Emu
Little Blue Penguin
Kiwi (any of the the species)
Tuatara (exhibit)
That's one short because I'm not sure what I'd like to see as the 7th habitat animal. Actually I'd love the Grey Kangaroo, but could see something else chosen instead. Numbat, a Wallaby species, Quokka, Quoll or something else would work too. That can definitely be the surprise animal though.
Though frankly, if we could just get the three from my current top 10 (Wombat, Emu, Tasmanian Devil) I'd be okay with them coming in some other pack. They're definitely the 3 priorities for me.
It will be an animal pack this time, wonder what animals will be in the pack.
I'm hoping for Oceania as well.
- Tasmanian Devil: number one on the wishlist
- Emu: number five on the wishlist
- Common Wombat: top ten of wishlist
- Tree Kangaroo: would beat Emu if Matschie's and Goodfellow's were combined, both good choices
- Kiwi: 18th on the wishlist
- Wallaby: would beat Kiwi if all wallaby votes (mostly for Bennet's and Rock Wallaby, two good choices) were combined
- Echidna or Little Blue Penguin or Perentie: Echidna is most popular on the wishlist and is also mentioned in the deluxe soundtrack, another bird would be awesome, and a reptile might balance the pack better. Thinking about it, could a sea turtle go here?
- Exhibit: Tuatara or Thorny Devil or Frilled Lizard

The same with the poster of the sloth in the vet surgery, Dromedary signs.... why?

Oceania is good, but some people also say we will get a nocturnal animal pack. I don't know if there will be a South America animal pack since we already got a South America Pack. Do you think so? IMO neither are very similar to the red kangaroo and Bennett’s (Red-necked), unlike the yellow-footed rock wallaby, benefits from inhabiting a different biome.
I think that both are beautiful species with Bennett’s being the most popular Australian marsupial in zoos all over the world. But I’m really counting on beautiful rock wallabies to be added to the roster and the possibility of them jumping on rocks and utilize the goat rock enrichment.

Middle East, Oceania and South America are the most underrepresented regions in the roster right now. So I hope that the next animal packs would change that situation. I would be happy with any of those regions taking a lead in Autumn dlc.
Also the Islands/coastal animal pack idea sounds interesting.
I agree that both are amazing - in many ways I prefer the rock wallaby - IMO, though, we badly need a cold-climate macropod.
Desert pack sounds great to me:

6. Caracal

8. Uh...I am not the most knowledgeble here, maybe King Cobra ?
It has a bird, a reptile that is not a crocodillian, a small mammal, a primate, an ungulate and of course, a cat and a "dog like" species. I think this could work.
