Allow small fines to be paid while notorious

Please allow for small (<1,000 Cr?) fines to be paid while notorious.

I am notorious due to crimes committed to the Perez Ring Brewery a while back and I have kept up my notoriety through Odyssey raids. I am unable to access Jameson Memorial due to an unpayable 100Cr parking fine - in a friendly station.

Maybe what the game needs is a big red announcement across the whole screen telling murderhobos that it's not the only/ideal/normal way to play Odyssey, Notoriety doesn't seem to be enough of a hint

I get this often, it is not an issue
I am always able to pay the small fines
just not anywhere near the stations I am hostile with and not an IF(I have many)
with notoriety = 10
and millions in bounties and fines on my head
make a bad station exit or clip a clean ship with a shot, all small fines
any station with that faction, you can pay off, easy. it only looks bad
but if you are friendly or allied with them, they won't send you away for that.
I don't make bad exits or bad shots all the time, but it happens. not once has it ever affected my day in a bad way.

what's the worst that can happen? They won't kill you for trying to pay a fine. unless you are Hostile or unfriendly at -76% to -100% rep (visible in the logs)
or carrying an illegal passenger or other illegal goods at the time of trying to pay a fine.

Notoriety is there for a reason. Its a hurdle that has to be dealt with...

I want to make sure I understand you correctly - you can clear fines with notoriety?

there are many nuances to it all, Odyssey brings a few new ones.

sometimes Odyssey won't let me pay it so I switch to horizons and pay it.
know that if you have really old fines, its very likely Odyssey will take them from you too..

yes.
there are many nuances to it all, Odyssey brings a few new ones.

sometimes Odyssey won't let me pay it so I switch to horizons and pay it.
know that if you have really old fines, its very likely Odyssey will take them from you too..

Sometimes re-logging in Odyssey removes fines/bounties...probably just from being erroneously displayed though...
