i have big problem with my CUSTOM SCENERY:i dont know the folder where i must place it .

Custom scenery is something that isn't officially supported so I can't help you with that, however if you visit the link I've copied below someone there should be able to help you:

You can add custom pictures in game by placing billboards (or shops with billboards) these where added in Update 3 for RCT3 and in the Wild expansion.

Generally it's best to put them in My Pictures/RCT3. Note that custom images don't work on Vista.

Is it a fix that doesn't involve messing with the registry? If so, can you point me in its direction?
