Objective: Hand in Bounty Vouchers for Deutsche Elite Piloten Interstellar

Description
Federal Governor Dalton Chase requests deliveries to the Andavandul system to establish a xeno-peace envoy vessel.
The initiative spearheaded by Chase, a member of the Liberal Party who is currently campaigning for a congressional seat, intends to provide a megaship for use in Thargoid Advocacy Project operations. He announced:
The Federation’s leaders are sworn to protect its people, yet our aggressive interactions with the Thargoids have placed entire systems in great danger. Order of the Far God cultists shouldn’t be the image we conjure when suggesting non-military options. It’s time to prove that we possess the capacity for peaceful relations with other species.

The megaship established on behalf of the Thargoid Advocacy Project will lead a non-partisan diplomatic mission representing humanity’s call for a ceasefire. Its purpose is to find ways to communicate with the Thargoids and make peaceful overtures. Imagine it: diplomatic channels between different races. Peace in our time! Lend us your support to lay this foundation for a more harmonious future.
To protect deliveries, Deutsche Elite Piloten Interstellar will pay a premium on bounty vouchers for all wanted ships. These can be handed in to Blenkinsop Hub in the Andavandul system.
The campaign will end on the 27th of October 3308. If the final target is met earlier than planned, the campaign will end immediately.
To earn rewards, you must sign up as an active participant before handing in Bounty Vouchers at Blenkinsop Hub in the Andavandul system. Only Bounty Vouchers handed in after signing up will count toward your personal contribution total.
Please note that if you have any crew members, a proportion of your bounty vouchers will be automatically assigned to them. These bounty vouchers will not count towards your personal contribution total, and your crew will receive the reward for these bounty vouchers when they are handed in. The proportion of bounty vouchers assigned to your crew will depend on their rank.
Be aware that faction-state changes and other disruptive events can negatively impact markets and station services, and could prevent the initiative from running smoothly.

  • Blenkinsop Hub is located near planet 6
  • Station services: Commodities Market, Shipyard, Outfitting, Repair, Restock, Refuel, Social Space
  • Nearest Interstellar Factors (starworts with "reasonable" in-system cruise distances, other options are available):
    • O'Donnell Mine & Ings Mine in Evnicoano- Outposts, S/M pads only (3.29 Ly, 22 & 12 Ls respectively)
    • Bond Dock in 169 G. Canis Majoris, Coriolis Starport, S/M/L pads (8.43 Ly, 3,245 Ls)
    • Coulter Vision in Wirdisci, Coriolis Starport, S/M/L pads (17.04 Ly, 2,975 Ls)

So i got a small bounty accidentally hitting a security ship and despite going to the interstellar factors and paying , im still wanted. and have the bounty .. ?
 
res sites belong to the system
the system is controlled by the 1 faction in control of the control station - usually the faction with the highest inf%
control station is ...learn the BGS

any bounties from anything in said system go to or are for that controlling faction
system map will show you all this.

if you use a kWS - kill warrant scanner
then you may get bounties for other factions and even from other systems.
for local bounties the KWS usually gets you a smaller % for any of the non-controlling factions, % is usually according to amount of assets they own, or not.
 
Where are the wanted ships in this system? There are no HazREs or Conflict zones and not much traffic at the Nav Beacon.

pirates show up in any ring... but they will be restricted...
Pirates show up when taking high price cargo..
pirates show up When you take any mission with "ships may be sent after you" mission aka cargo fetch missions
Pirates show up when you take and stack massacre mission from local systems with in ~ 10ly to kill anarcy faction in the CG system
Pirates show up at mega ship and installation with the correct trigger factor with wanted tag ready to be killed...

All of these can be done in ANY system that the player controlled minor faction has expanded to in over 30 systems they controll to get bounties If the orignal System is not to your liking.. protection of the Deutsche Elite Piloten Interstellar controlled space does not need to be done in a single system...

4.0 users need to go to systems were the bounty issuer is NOT pressent... with the Controller PMF expanded to over 30 systems you will need to jump more to find one..
or you can switch back to 3.8 and get it removed at the nearest one...

Installation defense is my favorite form of space combat in Elite. Any good installations or megaships in the system that work for the CG?
Its not been confirmed yet... It needs players be willing to sit upto to 20- 30mins in each one to confirm if Expansion is able to trigger the events....
With so many Haz res and pirate mission stations with in 10Lys it may be to early for results...
 
System run by Deutsche Elite Piloten Interstellar in boom state will trigger installation actions for them that they own...

This will give CG bounties as your still defending the PMF space...
Expansion only state effect not confirmed to be enough...

I've been wondering about how this happens. Is boom pretty much the requirement to get pirates to show up at my faction's installations?
Hidden things like pending boom state are triggering it as well but you can't search in game for Pending states.. even inara does not allow pending state search
Boom state insures the trigger point... and is search able in game...
Your faction has to 100% own the installation/megaship they cant be s controller faction of the system but another faction own the installation/mega ship...
 
The feds Corvettes Ai spawn to help in mega ship and installation defence are active for this PMF. if you get one they will over power the AI pirates and end the event super quick ... So be sure to love tap its targets before it kills them or youll get nothing for that pirate's death...

I've been wondering about how this happens. Is boom pretty much the requirement to get pirates to show up at my faction's installations?
1. system security level (low)
2. positive economic states (boom, investment)
3. type of installation/megaship (haulers trigger more often than reformatories, civilian installations trigger more often than comms installations)
... at least that's my experience, i haven't done statistics, just a lot of time spend around megaships.. i'm using megaships for bountyhunting in most CGs and for daily bgs work where possible. if the CG system would get into boom you'd have the ideal megaship (hauler) right in front of the CG stationuntil next thursday. but a single haz res session send me to the top 50%.
