I checked out the Halloween skins , both the ones from the official stream and the ones from the 3rd party streams and i gotta say they look great.

Daha was a Dud, yes. But this Burbank Orbital also is the only large station among those five, an Orbis.
Burbank Orbital in Larais (same region as Daha) also had nothing showing.
The other three are in a different spot on the map, closer to Guarijio:

I had visited these already, but I fear I looked for the wrong name. I looked for "Buchanan*", but I should have looked for O*Neal*.
I intend to go there sometime this evening, but if someone fancies going there before and check in Contacts, Missions and Passenger Hub for some O'Neal, I definitely would not mind.
- Buchanan was the name of the first "victim", which very likely was the "Judge".
- O'Neal is the Name mentioned by the last victim standing as the person he had killed for being a cruel, despotic brat.
Ah. Didn't notice that.
Checked it. I can not go there, as it is an Odyssey settlement. Which also excludes it from being a significant part of this event.

You will only be able to get the freebie in game skins whilst the event is running, likewise the ARX shop jobbies only for the duration of the Samhain events.

Hey, what's up with the paint jobs? (Sorry if I've missed an explaining post) I have the Malevolent Demon and Malevolent Ghoul, but not the Noctule Blight. Twitch inventory shows the Demon & Blight, but not the Ghoul (which I have). Where is the Blight version? Are they mixed up or something. Anyone else?

I think the Noctule Blight paint jobs are only awarded when you watch streams from specific streamers such as Psykit and Malic VR.
Yeah, I watched the Psykit stream and have it showing in inventory (Noctule) but it's not in game. Weird.

All of them or just the Cobra Mk II paintjob ? Because there are several commanders who are missing the Noctule Blight paint for the CM 3...

Okay had a check and you are correct. The Noctule blight paint job is missing on the Cobra Mk3 and also the Asp Explorer, however it is available on the Anaconda and also the Python, so it would seem it's a little messed up at the mo. Hopefully Sally will investigate (assuming she survived the shooting.)

The Noctule blight was available only for Cobra Mk3, Asp Explorer and Anaconda. Not on Python.
And for many of us it's missing only on Cobra Mk3

Hey thanks Northpin, you are spot on. It is clear I have to many paint jobs. I had a look at the full list and there is a Noctule Desecrate, but that is not part of the free Twitch drops, so as you say it is the Cobra MK3 Noctule Blight which is missing.

Can confirm, just logged in and missing Noctule Blight on CM3 too.
Checked Twitch inventory - is taken, but while Asp and Anaconda are in game, CM3 is not.

Conclusion: The idea was sound, but sadly seems to be a dead end.
All we can do now is wait and hope we get to know the reason behind that horrible shooting at Henry's Peace...
Will we be able to track down the "Judge"?
