My Wishlist

Right now, we are very close to December, which is when the dlcs come out.
I really hope that they keep updating the game until the spring 2024, so that we can still be excited for the nest dlc.
This is, mainly, because the game is currently lacky. I feel if you just added aquariums in winter and birds in spring, it would still lack alot of awesome animals.
So, these are my packs so we can fill in the missing animals, and im only going to discuss animals.

Winter 2022: Frost Animal Pack.
This would make the most sense, as it would be related to cold.
It would be similar to the Arctic pack, like wetlands to aquatic, but it will be an animal pack and not christmasy, instead freeze in general, so the arctic, antarctica, and mountain tops.

Animals:
Walrus (star of the pack): Has been highly requested, the arctic in planet zoo seems lacking because of it.
Rockhopper Penguin: Probably the coolest penguin, it would add cold penguin that is normal-sized for a zoo.
Mountain Goat: Very unique, there are not many mountain animals.
Southern Elephant Seal: Could add more to antarctica, since one animal does not feel right compared to the other continents.
Tundra Swan: We need a swan, swans are very magestic creatures they deserve to be in the game in a way.
Tibetan Blue Bear: This is my favourite bear, with a bluish hair, it lies unique in between other bears.
Leopard Seal: This is the perfect predator for antarctica in game, they are rare but the best at the job.
Wood Frog (exhibit): There is really no other animal that would do good, also in winter, they litteraly freeze, which is the theme of the pack.

1.12 additions: Added more compatibility between animals in cold areas, water at the top can now freeze.

It is announced here that there will be dlcs until spring 2024.

Spring 2023: Tropical Island Animal Pack.

Some of the most biodiverse areas in the world are tropical islands.
These are the islands we are going to talk about, one animal per island: Tasmania, Hawaiian Islands, Madagascar, New Guinea,
New Zealand's Islands, Kangaroo Island, Galapagos Islands, Caribbean Islands. It will be shown for the animals in the respective order, and there are no exhibit animals.

Animals:
Tasmanian Devil (star of the pack): Probably the highest requested animal in planet zoo right now, it would add a (ahhem) "native" predator to australia.
Hawaiian Monk Seal: A tropical pinniped in hawaii, nearly reached extinction once.
Fossa: The predator of madagascar, also highly requested.
Goodfellow's Tree Kangaroo: More new guinean representation, very requested.
North Island Kiwi: Representation for new zealand, not common in zoos but still awesome.
Tammar Wallaby: Small kangaroo at kangaroo island.
Marine Iguana: Marine iguanas will add one more iguana to the roster as well as the most unique one.
Atlantic Hawksbill Turtle: These live along the coasts and in the water of the caribean and atlantic.

1.13 addittions: Green iguanas and lesser antillean iguanas are now habitat animals.

Summer 2023: Wooded Animal Pack.
This pack would focuss on animals in the biomes temperate, tropical and taiga.

Animals:
Indian Crested Porcupine (star of the pack): Everyone wants a porcupine, right? It has to be indian so it fits to the pack.
South American Coati: The cousin of the raccoon, requested.
Lar Gibbon: Would add one more primate, we are lack of them, very requested.
Wolverine: Very requested, very cool. Also kind of requested.
Muskox: A large bovid, actually more related to goats than oxen.
Maned Wolf: A south american canine, Would be the most requested animal at that time.
Ocelot: A south american cat, highly requested and would add the only small cat.
Common Chameleon (exhibit): To add more to europe and a chameleon itself.

1.14 new additions: Alpine is now its own biome, tweaked abit the biomes of the animals, made new alpine for europe, north america, and asia.

Fall 2023: Missing Animals Pack.
This pack has the "missing animals" that people say, since there won't be any more normal packs.

Animals:

Dromedary Camel (star of the pack): The other camel that will add more arabic representation.
Nile Crocodile: A crocodile for all those african and safari zoos.
Emu: It would finish off australia's wonderfull animal list.
West Indian Manatee: Very requested, it would have to be hard coded to almost never want to go out of the land.
European Wild Boar: It would add a last touch to europe.
Red River Hog: Very requested, it is red and lives near rivers. Also it is a hog.

Nine Banded Armadillo: An armadillo.
Tiger Box Turtle: A last turtle for a last exhibit animal.

1.15 new additions: none.

Winter 2023: Aquarium Pack and
Spring 2024: Aviary Pack

there are too many options for both of these, so you tell me!

for both, there must be:

atleast 8 free animals.
one new animal for each dlc (optional).
And atleast 8 dlc animals.
So tell me.

Pretty good list I never heard of a tiger box turtle I do like the eastern subspecies tho. I don’t believe marine iguanas do well in captivity tho.

That didn't stop them from adding the Proboscis Monkey, which is practically unheard of in captivity.

Singapore zoo successfully keeps Proboscis monkeys although nobody else that I know of. At least it can be done tho. As far as I know it’s prohibited to take marine iguanas from their native homeland. Coupled with the fact zoos have had poor experiences with marine iguanas. The Brookfield zoo managed to keep them for six years before passing which is well under their normal life expectancy.

For the Aquarium Pack, I would go with the following:
  • Northern Sea Otter
  • Sandtiger Shark
  • Cownose Stingray
  • Pacific Octopus
  • Green Moray Eel
  • Harbor Seal
  • Green Sea Turtle
  • Exhibit: Leafy or Weedy Sea Dragon
For the Aviary Pack, just pick from these. There's just too many:
  • Philipine Eagle
  • Bald Eagle (even though in America, all bald eagles in captivity must be rescues and kept in open-air exhibits so they can fly away when healed)
  • Harpy Eagle
  • Malayan Flying Fox
  • Quetzal
  • Secretary Bird
  • Kori Bustard
  • Andean Condor
  • California Condor
  • Griffon Vulture
  • Egyptian Vulture
  • Scarlet Macaw
  • Blue and Yellow Macaw
  • Palm Cockatoo
  • White Cockatoo
  • African Grey Parrot
  • Budgies
  • Lorikeet
  • Kookabura
  • Great Horned Owl
  • Snowy Owl
  • Barn Owl
  • Atlantic Puffin
