Sure. It's not finished as I only had time to pull in modules I had on hand. The weapons in particular are likely to be very different when I get chance to play around with one of the editors.

The exact same happened to me today
I was able to confirm, via my bank mobile app, that it was a legit operation, that I authorized.
Then I was able to make the purchase again.
If you need help you better open a ticket at frontier support or with your bank.
Bit of a late follow up, but my finished build looks like this:
Ended up removing weapons completely as the shield was a bit weak for hanging around too long under fire. Swapped the boosters out for 0E to provide a better trade off for having enough shield to run and less power draw to allow for dropping down to a lower rating power plant. Fully engineered now and I really like how the PC2 handles for a large ship.
You need to wait 72 hours and try again. I had this happen when I made a few ARX purchases in a row. According to support, their payment provider doesn't like it when you do that no matter the amount you're buying.
I have not read the so far 32 pages of this thread, my apologies if I repeat:
PC MkII is great. Beats Cutter at hauling, and can actually turn and stop. Thank you for properly designed thrusters.
But it needs a window, IMHO. As it is, I have to dock it like I'm doing some sort of whale mating call by facing down vertically at the dock. A window on that big space on the floor in front of the pilot would do wonders to help visibility. And if an artist is bored, I wouldn't mind if they extended the front window up and over the roof a little. Thanks!

The trouble is the bridge of the Panther is several decks above the bottom of the ship, so a window would be a long tunnel giving a lousy field of view.
Perhaps another holo display of a downward camera at the bottom of the ship.
I don't quite get the problem. When landing a Corvette or Anaconda you have almost the whole length of the ship in your view (and that was a challenge 10 years ago, when I got my first Conda).
The nav compass points to the center of your assigned landing pad. You can line up your ship without ever seeing the landing pad at all. So, as they say: git gud

Bridge looks cool from the outside too. Nothing fancy, just a few windows on a large expanse of ship.
