ACTIVE CG Brewer corporation calls for Trailblazer resupply

Supposedly they are to leave you alone, unless you're actually carrying powerplay material. But maybe some of the code that originally made them shoot any hostile ship (which is any ship from another power) survived.

I think this may be different in Strongholds. I definitely remember being shot at by Power NPCs before this CG, while not carrying Powerplay cargo. I think the popularity of both this CG and PP2 have made it more likely for CMDRs to get shot at.

....I've been watching the CG's stats on Inara and observing the lower threshold for the 25% bracket creep upwards.
How do you get to see that, please? I have found the CG on Inara (under Galaxy - Community Goals) but I don't see any links or anything there...
[Edit]: It's ok, I've found it. Thanks anyway :D

On the Community Goals page you should see something like the following:

Are you not seeing the table?

EDIT NINJA'd far more helpfully :)

Also to add those are only approximations. It only includes those who use INARA

Hmm... I could swear, the threshold to 75% went down from 2600 to 2549 just a minute ago !?

If substantial amounts of people make contributions lower than the current 75% threshold, that threshold will go down...
It's a rounding error based on the way Inara works;
Previously the lowest commander that achieved 75% and posted to Inara did so at 2600 and Inara quoted that figure. Subsequently another commander achieved 75% and did so at 2549 and posted that to Inara which is what it shows now.
This is why Inara etc. can't be taken as solid information but only an estimate, particularly at the top where the top 10 cmdrs have a vested interest in not posting their tonnage.

I did enjoy a bit of naughty fun earlier as this is a 4 week CG................

Got to the 75-50 threshold and contributed 20T to knock 1 CMDR out of 50% and me in.

Took a few minutes but soon I went back to 75% as he realised he was out of 50% and so dumped more there to get him back to 50%.

I then dumped remaining 732 T9 Tonnage and got to 50% and larfed and larfed as the 50-75 kept changing as those still on the threshold fought to stay in 50% - sad gets :ROFLMAO:

EDIT this is gonna be a mental 2 weeks (estimated 2 weeks to 100% finishing according to Inara, which I don't contribute to BTW)

Except that used to be the norm in the past.
Sometimes they ended early, sometimes they were extended, I feel it depended somewhat on how early they were going to finish.

At least once they launched a new follow up CG after the original ended early then extended that one twice to try and get it to last until the Monday, it might have only lasted into the Sunday afternoon.
The original 1 week CG finished during the night of the Thursday it started on.

Anyone got ideas on what tier 8 global rewards are going to be after the bump? The goalpost was a rather massive leap, and the jump from tier 7 to tier 8 is impressive. Would be cool to see a similarly large global reward bump to go along with it. I've been pretty comfortable at 25%+ so I'm biased but... 50 or 25+ getting 1b at tier 8 would be sweet. I want to start a sq after I get my first FC (never done the grind cause I'm solo 99% of the time) and now that I'm getting close I hear about a squadron carrier?! Almost got me to peruse the available squadrons already out there... but I'm too casual of a player to bog others down. Luckily my block list is coming in handy, I usually avoid CG's but this time around blocking anti-social players seems to be working so I can enjoy open only work and fun piracy etc

The bonus increases in linear fashion, I think 10 mil each tier so if it reaches tier 8 bonus would be 277 million for 25%.

I think we need to approach this issue from a different angle.
If you deliver 1 ton, you will receive it in these magic containers.
You just need to calculate the difference between:
5 normal + 6 normal + 5 magic + 6 magic
and
all (5+5+6+6) magic.
Provided that most likely these magic ones can then be taken to the broker (most likely).

Now the question is, is it worth delivering to get into the 75%?

I would say yes . As it stands there isn't much more to get into the 75% if you don't use a FC I can still 1 jump with a cutter ( admittedly I had to add v1 fsd sco drive and booster) but there are closer systems . For titanium I'm making around 39 mil ? Profit each run, and also getting bonus for lyr ( both of which I really don't need ).
Say 10 runs = top 75% so that's 390 mil as it stands along with 137mil reward plus 4 cargo racks engineered.
Which is all I really want .
But I'm a bit thran and auld natured and rarely give out good advice 🤣
